Well here is Poc's, and that's right..it includes you every bit of the way!

The Basis! Poc Network offers a profitable referral system that allows it's affiliates to share in the wealth of it's success (a "you scratch our back, and we'll scratch yours" philosophy)! Our system is quite simple to understand and quick with results.

How does it work? Basically, as a Poc affiliate you will earn 10% of anything you refer to us! What's even better (pay attention to this!), anything that is re-occurring (i.e., monthly payments) also counts towards your commission. This means that if you refer someone who signs up with a web hosting package, you get paid 10% of their paid package price every month for the life of their account! Sound familiar? It should, because that is the original referral plan that excited so many people in the past! If we make a continued profit from someone you refer...why shouldn't you make the same? We have the most profitable commission system in the industry! Isn't sharing fun?

We have always provided re-occurring commission for our referred hosting accounts to help take care of our wonderful affiliates who choose to send great leads to us. This way if you refer enough customers to Poc, you will be very well taken care of in exchange for it. For example, if you refer 100 people one month, and then 100 more the next....your still making the commission from first 100 people every month, and now your making from a hundred more. Its simply based on your history of sales with the company and how many people keep their account. With a little patience and dedication, both our backs get a good scratch!

Now picture what you could be making over time with enough hosting accounts referred alone. As you continue to refer customers, your commission has only one direction to go....up! A year's worth of work and you could have referred $10,000 worth of monthly reoccurring commission or more. Now that's $10,000 your making every month after that (along with anything else you continue to refer).

Even BETTER...if a currently referred (sold) customer of yours decides on his/her own to upgrade their hosting package to something better...your commission will go up as well. You know that people love to get absorbed in their activities...so lots of people in the future will crave more space..more features...so of course a better account. So as your referring more customers making new sales, previously sold customers are upgrading their accounts and your paycheck is increasing on its own. This also includes any design work they order.

Now we know we said "Even BETTER" already...but what if we could make it better than even better? Well, to add to everything, there is no cost for becoming an affiliate. There is no "one-time" sign-up fee or anything (This is not a "MLM" position). There is also no monthly minimums that are required to begin earning money. Your commission simply starts with the first person you refer! You make your own schedule and work at your own pace (i.e., some of our representatives choose to network on the weekends while they visit the places they like to socialize at, and some like to move around networking randomly throughout various locations).

Once you have developed an interest in a customer for design work and/or hosting, all you have to do is make sure the referred customer provides us with either your email address and/or affiliate ID number, or you can enter the lead personally by using our affiliates section (recommended); and we will track the rest! We will be in contact with the customer within two business days and will handle it from there. So you find the interest (the easy part), and we will reel them in the rest of the way. It does help (if possible) to get an understanding of the customer's budget.

Important Notes (Disclaimers):

This affiliation program is only open to those 18 years of age or older. Commission is based on Poc's direct profit only and not the profit of it's outsourced partners and affiliates. Commission does not apply towards discounted work (work is never discounted without your knowledge). Re-occurring profit earned through referred hosting packages does not include the first month of service if Poc provides such to the customer at no charge (i.e., "30 day free trial"). For design work where we charge the client 50% at front and 50% once the project has been completed, you will receive the commission in the same manor (you get paid as we get paid). Commissions are paid out via PayPal or mailed check within the 1st week of every month (in most cases on the 1st day). For commissions that are paid via PayPal, it is required that the affiliate have a verified PayPal account in order to participate and receive commission. Canceled hosting packages will also result in the termination of any commission earned from that package from that date on (aka "life of the account").

As an affiliate with Poc, you are an acting independent agent and Poc cannot take responsibility or liability for your chosen marketing strategy unless such strategy is officially sponsored/supported in our own words. Any false promises to customers or misrepresentation of our product will result in immediate termination of your affiliation, and you will take full responsibility for the damages caused.

Poc Network does not support or promote the use of telemarketing to obtain leads. This is due to various reasons such as, but not limited to:

Each states have their own specific rules/laws on telemarketing you would have to be aware of (i.e., some states require each individual telemarketer to have a permit/license in order to call anyone; also, every state has specific laws on how late you are able to call someone in the day (for the purposes of marketing).
You are prohibited by law from calling consumers who put their phone numbers on the National Do No Call Registry (unless you have an application to filter blocked numbers, you won’t know who you can or cannot call).
Other various requirement and laws everyone would have to be aware of such as (but not limited to) requirement of disclosures of specific information, require caller-ID transmission, certain goods and services are restricted, there is a 2 year requirement for all business records, etc, etc, etc.

No mechanical submission/reproductions/falsifications of referrals (i.e., account requests) allowed. Poc is not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete referrals (account requests). Poc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this program should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Poc corrupt the administration, security or proper administration of the program. Poc is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
