| Q |
When will I be billed? |
| A |
Hosting:
Most payment options offer automatic subscription plans so
you will be automatically billed and charged each month on
the day you sign up and that same day each month after.
Current manual billing period rolls out the 1st of every month.
You will have between the 1st and the 5th to make payment
(except for dedicated servers which are due within 48 hours).
Note: Manual billing is no longer an option for new accounts.
Design and Services:
Please consult your contract for details. Most services
include a proposal which includes the time-line for
payments/phases if any. Most design work is due 50% at
front, and 50% at the completion of the project. Some
services may be due at start.
Please Pay On Time:
As stated in our contract: In order for Poc Network to
remain in business, payments must be made promptly.
Delinquent bills will be assessed a $15 charge if payment
is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an amount
remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional
5% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency.
Poc Network reserves the right to remove web pages from
viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. In case
collection proves necessary, the Client agrees to pay all fees
incurred by that process. Returned checks (by Client’s bank)
for any reason will result in a $35 fee. This agreement
becomes effective once Poc Network begins work on the project.

How do I pay? / What forms of payment do you accept? |
| A |
Design and Services:
We accept Paypal, Check, Credit Card
(Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AMEX), wire transfer, or money order.
Hosting:
We currently are taking payments via PayPal for all hosted
accounts.
Additional forms of payment may be available upon request.
*Please note that all hosting payments are final. There will
be no refunds or credits unless told otherwise by Poc staff.
(i.e., credits will be issued if a lengthy outage were to occur)
*Please note that any payment made via check is subject to a
waiting period until the check has cleared to confirm
sufficient funds. It is recommended that if you are looking
for quick service that you choose another payment method to
prevent the wait.

Will my bill ever raise/change? (Web Hosting) |
| A |
No. We would never do that. We reserve the right to
change account details and such, giving prior notice of
course, but we will never change how much you have to pay
unless you decided to upgrade or change your account level
(then you are subject to the current rates at that time).
As for account details, we will never lower your space or
cut your speed, but we may remove options such as unlimited
bandwidth (if attached) but only if we are held to the
ground an tortured!

What is your refund policy? |
| A |
Refunds (Hosting):
All payments are final and non-refundable for hosting accounts and servers. If
cancellation is requested during a trial period (i.e., the 30 day free trial), no charged will
be made.
Refunds (Design):
If the Client halts work within 30 days, payment for unfinished work will be voided. If, at
the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered
by the initial payment, the Client shall be liable to pay for all work completed. No portion
of the initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of
the start of the project. If such portion of the project has already been completed, no
partial refund can be given.
